Henley Festival
What a year!
A top line up, a fantastic response from the audience and great weather - the 2010 Henley Festival really has been garnering the plaudits from audiences and press alike.
"I've never been to an event like it! It's been an evening of quintessentially English quirky summer fun and I had a fantastic time."
"Couldn't have been more perfect and loved Will Young!"
"I can't believe I didn't know about Henley, this event is so perfect"
And of course the likes of Will Young, Bryn Terfel and Ronan Keating were just the tip of the iceberg, rave reviews having come in about the supporting programme, the fireworks, the art, 'the table', the Grannies ... the Grannies? Well if you weren’t there that may sound a bit odd, but without any doubt the Grannies took the Henley Festival quirkiness award for 2010 closely followed by the Trans Siberian March Band.
What next? Well save the dates. The Henley Festival will be back between 6th - 10th July 2011. Get the tux cleaned and buff up the smile for another year. You have been warned ...
