important information
TICKETS
Grandstand, Lawn and Promenade tickets admit patrons to all of the Festival's performances and venues.
Additionally, Grandstand tickets guarantee the ticket holder to a reserved seat in the Grandstand for the main concert on the Floating Stage at 8.45pm.
Lawn tickets guarantee the holder an unreserved deckchair in the uncovered Lawn seating area, between the Grandstand and the Floating Stage.
Promenade tickets entitle the holder access to all events in the enclosure, but not to a seat in the Grandstand nor in the Lawn seating area for the 8.45pm concert on the Floating Stage. A Quiet Zone is provided at each side of the lawn seating area at the start of the 8.45pm concert. Promenade ticket holders are invited to listen quietly to the concert in this area. Patrons who cause a disruption will be asked to leave the area.
The Sunday Evening has a different format; there are no Lawn seats and the Promenade ticket holders have access to this area in front of the stage to dance.
Entrance badges are issued with tickets and must be visibly worn at all times.
The Lawn and Promenade Season Ticket is for Wednesday to Saturday evenings only.
CAR PARK
Passes are £10 when ordered with tickets and £15 if ordered separately or paid for on the day. Car parking is free for the Free Saturday Art Event.

The Souvenir Programme is £8 and can be purchased on-line together with your ticket order. You will be sent a voucher, to be redeemed at the Festival.
PICNICS
Picnics are welcome in the car park. If you are thinking of bringing a picnic, why not order a Carluccio's picnic?
NO drinks, bottles, glasses, deckchairs or picnics may be brought into the Festival enclosure.
DISABLED ACCESS
The Festival welcomes disabled patrons. There is ample wheelchair access to all events. Every effort is made by management to ensure a trouble-tree visit to the Festival.
