Reach Gallery visual arts 2008: Riverside GalleryThe Henley Festival has increasingly become known as a place to see, buy and collect all sorts of art in all sorts of media. Throughout the enclosure you will see work from established, establishing, local, nationally and internationally acknowledged artists. Recognising the growing appetite for wide ranging work, the Festival’s ‘affordable art’ space expands in 2008 to take in the Riverside Gallery, the Thames Gallery and part of the Long Gallery - work in a wide range of media, most of it by artists new to the Festival, all of it specially selected. Each of the galleries will be hosted by contributing artists, so do please ask questions about the work, why it was created and what it is about.
